Before the incident

EE was in the process of unloading full kegs from a trailer onto a two-wheeler.

What happened

When EE stacked two kegs on top of one another. The top keg started to fall off as the EE was pulling back on the dolly. This resulted in the two-wheeler rocking backward faster striking the EE in the face.
