What happened

[REDACTED] (forklift driver) was unloading empty door racks from a Flat deck trailer. While unloading [REDACTED] attempted to remove a strap that was hung up on some door racks and when he pulled the strap it came back striking him on the left wrist on the bone. This happened [REDACTED] and was reported to his supervisor but he did not want to go to the clinic but now he wants to be checked due to the severe pain and some swealing.
