What happened

[REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] carrier was traveling on bus [REDACTED] about to cross over [REDACTED] when he was struck by a vehicle on his front left side of the [REDACTED] spinning him to his right straight into a retaining wall. Speed limit is 25mph in that zone and the impact clearly shows the that the civilian was traveling faster then that. carrier had a stop sign and she did not have one. On arrival carrier was a little shaken up but was ok same with the civilian woman. Police came exchanged info and we got the vehicle towed.
