What happened

on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] as I was delivering a semi heavy package to a door. I twisted the wrong way and pulled a muscle in my right part of my back. I called [REDACTED] and informed him that I twisted my back and was going to take my lunch at that time for it to rest. after lunch I returned to the post office to put Bio freeze on it. the rest of the day it seemed okay. I came into work [REDACTED] and started loading my vehicle as I started pushing the nutty truck back up the ramp it aggravated the muscle again.
