What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Rural Carrier Associate was delivering mail on [REDACTED] while driving to deliver mail to [REDACTED] a long piece of metal came flying towards employee 's face. RCA raised her right arm to protect her face from the long metal piece it punctured a hole on employee 's right forearm. Employee didn 't report accident until end of day when she reported back to office.
