What happened

Employee filed an ECOMP stating I have a business route that gets a lot of packages for delivery and the majority of the packages are heavy thus the requirement of heavy lifting on a daily basis and at the end of my route I have like 12 pickups from customers. The packages I pick up are heavy as well they require to be loaded in the LLV while picking them up and unloading at the station when I get back at the end of my delivery route.
