Before the incident

Inspection Process for Panels Employee was flipping a 8ft panel from ground level upside down to be able to use the hoist to pick the panel up and properly place it on a pallet after inspection

What happened

As he was flipping an 8ft panel upside down per 100% inspection process [REDACTED] bending down employee felt a pop on the right side of his lower back and initially felt a little discomfort and finished the shift. Employee reported sharp pain in right side of lower back following down his right leg 3.5 hours into the next shift .
