She twisted as she fell causing her pain in her back neck and right shoulder. [REDACTED] sent her to WellNow to be seen where doctor placed restrictions to avoid prolonged standing or sitting no gripping with right hand limit repetitive motion with right hand no lifting over the shoulder greater than 15 pounds using right arm no lifting below waist greater than 15 pounds using right arm and no pulling or pushing greater than 15 pounds. Follow up visit on [REDACTED] resulted being change of restrictions to avoid entirely kneeling squatting jumping climbing ladders avoid prolonged standing no lifting over the shoulder greater than 15 pounds no lifting below waist greater than 15 pounds and no pulling or pushing greater than 15 pounds until [REDACTED].
