Before the incident

Setting up patient for NST.

What happened

While attaching a patient up to the monitor for a scheduled NST my right foot had gotten tangled in both the TOCO and [REDACTED] cords. When I turned to walk out of the room my right foot got caught in the cords which resulted in my right left twisting.
