team member bent over to pick up a latch part from shelf under table and hurt his back. The team member said he was rushing to get work done and bent over to pick up an object under his work bench and immediately felt severe back pain. The team member said he did not bend his knees but instead lifted the under 10-lb object using his back instead of his legs.
