[REDACTED] was brought in via EMS. While attempting to get patient settled in a patient room patient became agitated and began getting out of bed. While up out of bed patient was attempting to leave while [REDACTED] (reporter) was helping to keep him stable. Patient ha d one fall and after getting him up staff was getting ready to move him to the bed. At that point patient grabbed onto [REDACTED] 's hair and shirt. [REDACTED] was also struck in the ribs but is unsure what struck her.
