Changing glass fixture for glass production model change.

What happened

While changing the glass fixture on the equipment the securing pin at the top of the light curtain was removed to allow for glass fixture replacement. Employee reached head in to back of check fixture at the same moment the light curtain fell and struck employee in back of head.
