What happened

[REDACTED] was helping a patient in their home in the bathroom to get them from the shower chair to their wheelchair using a sit to stand. Sometime during this movement [REDACTED] felt a pull in her right thigh. [REDACTED] was able to keep working but the daughter noticed when it occurred and asked if [REDACTED] was OK. Pain did get worse: right tigh was swollen and she developed right sided sciatic pain.
