What happened

[REDACTED] was moving a piece of bent girder mesh from the bending machine with a fellow employee. While positioned on opposite ends of the mesh the other employee dropped his end of the mesh onto the ground while [REDACTED] was still holding on. This caused [REDACTED]s hand to be struck by a piece of the mesh as it fell downward.
