Down stacking sections with coworker and felt increasing pain in left abdomen

What happened

Employee was moving door sections from the production line onto a cart with a coworker. She experienced an increasing amount of pain on the right side of her abdomen to the point she requested medical attention. Please note that there is documentation uploaded for this claim. This employee said that she has had a hernia for years but could not afford to get it treated. While at hospital her hemoglobin was a 6 and had a blood transfusion.
