What happened

On [REDACTED] the employee was working his assigned delivery route. The employee parked the cargo van to deliver packages at a customer 's home. After parking the employee exited the vehicle and reentered the vehicle through the side cargo door to retrieve the package that needed to be delivered. As the employee was exiting the cargo van again through the side cargo door the employee missed the cargo van 's step and strained his left ankle.
