What happened

On [REDACTED] the employee was working his assigned delivery route for the day. The employee parked the cargo van he was operating at a customer 's home to deliver a package. The employee exited the cargo van from the driver seat and reentered the vehicle from the side cargo door. The employee reentered the cargo van to the retrieve the package that needed to be delivered to the customer 's home. As the employee was exiting the cargo van with the package the employee twisted his right ankle while stepping down. The employee did not report the injury to the management when it occurred and continued to work. The employee injured his right ankle again while completing his delivery route while walking.
