What happened

An employee in the Warehouse was picking an order to prepare it for shipment. They were picking several sets of 7 '0 5 5 8 nested frame sections (hinge and strike frames) and placing them onto a pallet. They picked up a set of frames from the rack location and turned to place it on the order pallet. They placed one end of the set of frames onto the pallet and then let the other end fall down. As the other end fell down their left middle finger which was holding the opposite end was pinched between the frame set and a wooden slat causing an avulsion laceration to the tip of the finger. Employee received 10 sutures.
