What happened
Employee states he was making a bail of cardboard and had a difficult time getting the metal rod through the equipment. To get the rod through he was using both hands on the rod jamming it with a forceful motion with a majority of the power coming from his right side. After putting forth a lot of physical exertion of trying to force the rod though he began to feel a pain in his chest.
