What happened

On [REDACTED] @ [REDACTED]. EE walked into the receiving office to speak with another EE and they both walked out of the office together. As they were walking into the travel aisle there was a forklift operator traveling southbound (towards the employees) at a rate of speed that is not permitted by HBP. As the forklift operator approached the ees he did not use his horn to alert the ees on foot and also did not let off the gas pedal. The ees on foot did not hear the forklift operator coming and when the forklift operator looked up it was too late and he struck both EEs
