What happened

On [REDACTED] @ [REDACTED] EE was sorting windows in one of the bays in the shipping department. There was a trailer backed into the bay but [REDACTED] did not put up the dock plate. Because the plate wasn 't up there was a gap between the trailer and the bay. [REDACTED] did not realize how close he was to the dock 's edge and when he went to step back his right leg fell off the dock
