What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] on the cold dock at dock 5. TM was attempting walk out a bad load bar from the trailer that he was stripping. While exiting the trailer with the load bar in his hands the dangling pull strap from the bad load bar got caught on the fork- lift fork causing the bar to fall. Striking the TM in his left foot ankle.
