What happened

[REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was working in flat 2 in the sort department when she noticed that the boxes were stuck on the bottom conveyor. She then moved a box from its chute so she could reach in to fix the box when a bottle dropped into the chute she was in and hit her on the head. I reached out to @[REDACTED] and she will be going to [REDACTED] in the morning. She could not recall what the bottle looked like.
