What happened
EE was training a new employee on the catwalk of our tunnel and tripped possibly on his feet and fell between an opening on the guard rails while painting not noticing the opening. He fell approximately 6ft landed and got back up. He was able to walk to the nearest manager around to ask for help to get to the ER.
