Once the order was located the Department’s Manager and the Employee proceeded to move a type A frame [REDACTED] to the employee workstation the type A-Frame [REDACTED] was loaded with approximately 700 lbs. of glass. [REDACTED] the employee approached the department’s manager to claim to have pain on their back due to pushing the type A-Frame [REDACTED] loaded with glass. The employee was asked to Stop work immediately .
