Manual lifting of munition

Individual was helping lift a 250lb munition on the cradle for loading. They heard a pop in their right shoulder while positioning the device. While continuing to work their shoulder became sore and irritated. They finished the shift and the next day they went to the ER and the doctor told them to rest it for three days.
