Before the incident

Employee was pushing a completed stack of 2 pack over to the completed line. As they were pushing the stack they pushed it in between 2 stacks but ended up pushing the stack into another stack causing the top tray to fall on his head from about 3 feet. The object struck them on the head on the left side about 3 to 4 inches above their left ear causing a laceration.
