Recovering an aircraft

What happened

Employee states that after recovering the aircraft he installed the aft most pin and when getting up from under the aircraft the horizontal stab caught his head. This caused a laceration to the corner of his head which ended up bleeding profusely from the wound. Suffered from a headache and ringing in the ears at the time of incident but that has subsided after arriving to treatment around [REDACTED].
