Before the incident

An employee was assisting with banding rolls at the rewinder work area While bending down to grab the banding the employees left knee came out of the socket resulting in a dislocation This caused the employee to fall to the ground While on the ground the employee called for the coworker who was banding rolls with him Another employee in the area came to assist During this time the injured employee moved his leg and felt the bone relocate back into place The injured employee was then taken to the local emergency room for evaluation and treatment and later returned to light duty work
