ON [REDACTED] AT AROUND [REDACTED] THE EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING BACK TO HIS VEHICLE AFTER MAKING A DELIVERY WHEN HE HEARD A POP IN HIS LEFT KNEE RIGHT BEFORE ENTERING HIS TRUCK AND FELT INSTANT PAIN THE EMPLOYEE ALSO HAD A HARD TIME PUTTING WEIGHT ON HIS LEFT LEG IN WHICH HE THEN IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED THE MANAGER ON DUTY OF THE INJURY AND WAS REQUESTED TO HEAD BACK TO THE STATION
