Before the incident

The employee was placing boxes on the conveyor and making sure the boxes were flowing well on the conveyor. She saw a co-worker needed help putting air pillows in the boxes and put the boxes on the conveyor. When the employee went to help the co-worker she tripped over the legs of the air pillow basket stand.
