What happened

While traveling on the conveyor to the [REDACTED] Drill a part was upside down. The [REDACTED] turned “Repeat” off to attempt to stop the Murata cycle from running. The [REDACTED] opened the latch to turn the part right side up. Once the [REDACTED] turned the part right side up the Murata gantry started to run and attempt to drop the next part onto the conveyor. During this process the gantry struck the back of the [REDACTED]’s head.
