What happened

Employee was tightening conduit on a ladder into an Erickson union in the fermenter room and the union broke in half. When union broke in half employee was in the motion of tightening the pipe with two wrenches. At this point employee lost all resistance tightening pipe and his left arm free moved and as he caught himself he strained his shoulder. Employee found manager after incident and explained his shoulder was hurting.
