What happened

A teammate was standing on the sawhorses. The teammates choked a piece of tube steel off of dunnage and lifted it up. The teammate grabbed a t spacer and placed it in between I beam and tube steel. The teammate activated the jib crane with the pendent control and started to raise the load. The teammates left index finger was caught in between the I-beam and t spacer. The teammate removed their hand from the in-between the I beam and the spacer.
