What happened

While operating a forklift in the west lot of the [REDACTED] Yard the employee dismounted the forklift and experienced discomfort in their left knee. The employee completed the remainder of the shift without notifying their supervisor. The following day the employee continued working but reported increasing pain in the same knee at the end of the shift. On the third day the employee requested to be taken to the occupational health clinic for medical evaluation.
