After Drive Fault reset was performed and powered restored EE identified the shaft did not positioning itself correctly during automatic cut over process. While EE was attempting to reposition the shaft manually their right middle finger became compressed between the shaft and the transfer cradle.

After Drive Fault reset was performed and powered restored EE identified the shaft did not positioning itself correctly during automatic cut over process. While EE was attempting to reposition the shaft manually their right middle finger became compressed between the shaft and the transfer cradle causing a fracture laceration and contusion to the middle fingertip.
