Employee was attempting to loan a pallet onto an electric pallet jack in the EHO aisle way of Thermoforming department. The pallet was broken to in an attempt to remove the broken wooden board from the pallet the employee kicked in several times. After the board broke free the employee went to move the board out from under the pallet jack with their foot and a nail penetrated their shoe and into their right foot.
