What happened

Employee was assisting another employee move a 25ft. metal pan while on a cart. As employee pulled while another employee pushed he began to pull attempting to turn while another employee pushed and they did not see another bundle of 4 pans that were on a pallet jack in the area and employee caught his right hand between the pan he was pulling and the stationary 4 bundle pan striking his right hand between his index and middle finger which caused a laceration
