Before the incident

Employee was working on station manually packing windshields into crates.

What happened

While packing glass manually into crates the associate said it was causing pain in their wrist and reported to Production TL and EHS. Associate was moved to another station to complete shift. The following shift (6 23) the associate said that the wrist was in pain again and they could not use it.
