What happened

The operator rolled the L-skid closer to the inspection station and began placing glass on one side of the L-skid. As the operator was walking back to the inspection station the operator 's left foot struck the wheel of the L-skid causing them to fall to the ground. The operator sustained a contusing to the right knee and noise.
