Driving forklift

An employee was driving forklift for the lay-up line. As they were returning from stacking a load they felt debris enter their right eye. The employee immediately reported the incident to their supervisor. The eye was flushed using eye wash fluid and cups. The employee still felt discomfort and thought there was still something in their eye. They were taken for medical evaluation.
