Exiting the cab of the [REDACTED]

The employee was exiting the cab of the [REDACTED] using the grab holds he stated his right hand pinky finger unknowingly hooked in the handle. As he reached the ground he felt a crack. He reported the incident to his supervisor. First aid was administered and the employee finished the shift. The following day the employee sought medical evaluation and it was determined there was a fracture on the side of his hand down from the pinky finger.
