[REDACTED] states that while at the kitchen sink with bukcet water changed out she turned to grab her mop when she accidentlity stpped on her right foot with her left foot causing her to fall backwards on to floor. [REDACTED] states the momentum from fall backwards caused her to land on her buttocks and tailbone first with the momentum causing her to strike the back of her head on the tile floor.
