Associate states that he had just removed a sheet pan of sweet potatoes from the oven and was carryingit while walking over towards the sink behind the hoteline in the main kitchen. [REDACTED] then stating while walking over towards the sink the floor mat he was walking on completely slipped out from under his feet forwards causing his left leg and knee to twist in an awkward position.
