Alega empleado que el [REDACTED] se encontraba en el almacen del proyecto [REDACTED] de Guamaní moviendo pailas de pintura y al levantar la tercera paila sintio un dolor en la parte de atras del brazo y hombro izquierdo. Empleado continuo trabajando pero [REDACTED] tuvo que visitar el hospital ya que amanecio con el brazo izquierdo que no lo podia mover y le dolia el cuello. Empleado indica que no notifico a su supervisor lo sucedido y continuo trabajando. Indica el empleado que continua con dolor desde entonces. Empleado indica que el dolor le da todos los dias pero que toma medicamentos y continua trabajando. No es hasta [REDACTED] [REDACTED] que empleado notifica la situacion.
