[REDACTED] Patient tried pulling out neck iv an climb out of bed. .When he went to try pull the iv on the neck he was more aware of wht he was doing. .be proceeded to grab both my wrist. .I finally got one arm free and managed to push the call light. He then procedded to start twisting my wrist and i was pulling away as hard as i could. .
