Placing stitch mat on pool.
What happened
Employee fell from a pool ladder in the production area while attempting to climb down after applying stitch mat to the floor and wall of the pool. He told me that he was climbing down and because one of the ladder 's feet was resting atop a small amount of resin the foot of the ladder slid forward causing him to fall to the floor of the production area alongside the pool.
