Employee was installing interior wall liners and wall hat channels inside building [REDACTED] when a screw got stuck to the wall structure. The employee proceeded to remove the stuck screw by prying it out with his hammer on his left hand when the screw suddenly came out sending his left arm into the post of a building causing a small laceration to his left lower triceps area just above the elbow. Employee was wearing all required PPE during this event.
