Before the incident

Employee was assembling door panels and was placing a door panel in a storage bin called a napkin holder.

What happened

The door panel snagged on the edge of the napkin holder requiring the employee to re-adjust the panel and slide it into the holder. While doing this the employee felt a sudden pain in their right trapezius muscle.
