What happened

While unzipping their backpack the team member contacted a stainless-steel electrical outlet cover with the top of their right hand. The backpack was positioned directly beneath the outlet placing the hand in close proximity to the cover. Inspection revealed that the outlet cover had a sharp unguarded edge.
